How we hire when we do
Every service line here is led by someone who has delivered the work themselves. When a role opens it is because that work needs another practitioner, not because a headcount plan says so.
What we look for
Depth in enterprise data, cloud or AI delivery, and the judgement to know which of them a client actually needs. We care more about what you have shipped than where you shipped it.
